Warehouse & Logistics Module

The Warehouse and Logistics module is focusing on and monitoring processes in the areas of  the DC's, Warehouses, shipping and logistics of the retail chain, covering the DC/warehouse interface with the external world –between the DCs and the suppliers, between the DC's and the logistic carries, and between the DC's the stores – covering warehouse receiving, shipping, reverse logistics and more. These processes and transactions are analyzed for exceptions, fraud patterns, errors and non-compliance. Specific cases are pinpointed based on a match with Profitect's pre-loaded business rules and fraud patterns.
