Case Manager

The Profitect Case Manager is a user-friendly workflow framework for the usage of  the retail operations and loss prevention teams. The Case Manager provides a platform for efficient follow-up, investigation, resolution, and overall management of cases that represent loss or potential loss - through predefined workflows, task assignment, calendar functionality, hierarchical knowledge sharing, etc.

Highly suspicious exceptions generated by the Profitect Suite Modules are tagged as "Cases". Each case may refer to one or more exceptions, and each exception may refer to one or more transactions. A case can be generated automatically by the system, based on pre-defined rules, or manually by an authorized user. The Case Manager also includes triggers that can automatically notify management or escalate critical issues.

The Profitect Case Manager offers a unique benefit to our customers, as it provides them with the advantage of not just knowing about the alert, but having a tool to follow-up on the issues alerted to them to ensure proper handling and resolution.
