Customer Returns Module

The Profitect Customer Returns module drives reduction of loss generated by employees and customers who commit fraudulent returns or returns abuse, through intended fraud, error or non-compliance. The Returns Module focuses on transactions of merchandise returns and refunds throughout the organization.

The module analyzes, grades and highlights return-related exceptional transactions, assists in tracking refund (credit) tickets and their redemption, and points out sensitive and suspicious loss generating processes and activities such as renting/wardrobing, fake receipts, cross-channel returns and fraudulent no-receipt returns.
