The Customer Success Analytics Leader should be the subject matter expert on using advanced analytics algorithms (we call “Patterns”) and machine learning within the Profitect solution to solve a range of customer opportunities found with data from the point of sale, supply chain, asset protection and merchandising, allocation and planning.  The successful candidate is responsible for delivering and innovating high quality, value added Pattern-Analytics across all customers and implementing new processes and tools to scale.

The Customer Success Analytics Leader should be an expert in understanding our customers’ data, business problems we are already solving, identifying new business problems to solve and translating this knowledge to deliver relevant “Pattern Analytics/Algorithms” that can be configured, automated and re-used in the Profitect solution.

The Customer Success Analytics Leader will manage a team of Analytics Consultants that are shared-expert resources assigned to Customer Success Managers and customers depending on the implementation stage and analytic needs.
