…where he was responsible for sales, strategy and customer success. Guy was also founder of Demantra US, a leading global provider of demand-driven planning solutions, which was acquired by Oracle in 2006. Previously, he directed the Global Professional Service Group where he was in charge of creating methodologies and infrastructure through value chain transformations that enabled demand driven and seamless operations for Fortune 1000 companies.

Adam Haight


Adam is Vice President of Sales at Profitect, where he is responsible for sales operations, partners, and lead development.

Adam has over 20 years of experience in working with companies that deliver award-winning, high-value enterprise software solutions.

Kelli Woelfel


Kelli started her retail career over 20 years ago and has held positions within financial, inventory, and vendor quality control. 

As the Director of Loss Prevention for a nationwide retail chain she selected and implemented a first generation analytics solution. She has been working in the retail analytics software industry now for almost 10 years. Her passion is helping retailers to improve their profitability through better execution, inventory management and margin protection.

Art Dirik

Prior to Profitect, with over 25 years of experience, Art served in leadership roles at Nielsen and IRI, enterprise software companies Demantra (acquired by Oracle 2006) and i2 Technologies (acquired by JDA Software 2009) and Management Consultants Arthur D Little, Accenture and PRTM. Art has extensive experience delivering advanced solutions to clients in category management and merchandising optimization, shopper/loyalty analytics, on shelf availability (OSA), supply chain optimization and machine learning image recognition technology. Art holds a MBA & MS MIS from Boston University as well as a BS Mechanical Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology.

Bob Donald

…various companies. He most recently served as Director, Research and Development at SAS Institute and previously worked at Monster Worldwide, Phase Forward (acquired by Oracle), and Red Hat. Bob also spends time teaching graduate computer science courses at Boston University.

Amanda Duguay


Amanda is responsible for leading strategic and tactical initiatives, as well as all financial operations for Profitect.

She has experience as a trusted financial partner to operations leaders in the biopharmaceutical industry, and as an assurance professional as part of PwC’s Boston Technology practice. Previously she served in various research and product development roles in two biotech start-ups. She also has a MSA degree from Bentley University and is a certified CPA.

Tania Stockbridge

She has nearly 15 years of experience in driving companies’ value propositions, increasing industry and media presence, and opening up new revenue opportunities. Tania has held senior marketing leadership roles at PeopleFluent and TradeStone Software (now known as Bamboo Rose). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Boston University.

Francis Clark

…retail chains. Francis was primarily in executive positions in Store Operations and Human Resources, Training & Development, and with A&P Supermarkets as VP Store Technology. Following his Retail career, Mr. Clark engaged in the vendor community as VP Technology Development & Support with Kyrus, (IBM’s largest retail business partner at the time) and Trax Retail Solutions as VP Business Development & Key Account Relations prior to joining Profitect as VP of Business Development.

Erez Almog


With over 15 years of experience in software development companies and Retail before joining Profitect.

Erez oversees the company’s data integration services, cloud operations, and industry solutions. In his previous roles Erez was the Director of architecture and technical delivery at Profitect, program manager in the aerospace and defense industry, senior project manager at NCR Retalix, and the head of procurement for a leading retailer in Central America.

Yonatan Olsha


Prior to Profitect, Yonatan was a senior executive at one of Israel’s largest retail companies.

He brings extensive knowledge of commercial and general management, with strategic and hands-on experiences with market-leading iconic, lifestyle, and fashion brands. Yonatan has a proven track record in business developing, brand building, creating management structures and processes, and in delivering financial results. He also has an MBA from Tel Aviv University and is a certified CPA.
