Guy Yehiav – CEO

Guy Yehiav brings strong technological and marketing leadership to Profitect. He believes that the American retailing market is ready for Profitect’s advanced technology that is generating increased profitability for retailers in Europe, Asia and South Africa.
Prior to Profitect, Guy Yehiav served as Vice President Sales & Strategy for Oracle’s Value Chain Planning Solutions where he was responsible for sales, strategy and customer success for clients such as Kodak, Apple, PepsiCo, Welch’s, Sara Lee, Tootsie Roll, CarQuest, 20th Century Fox, VTech, Johnson and Johnson, and Timex. Guy was also founder of Demantra US, a leading global provider of demand-driven planning solutions, which was acquired by Oracle in 2006. Previously, he directed the Global Professional Service Group where he was in charge of creating methodologies and infrastructure through value chain transformations that enabled demand driven and seamless operations for fortune 1000 companies.

Guy earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Shenkar College of Engineering and Design (Israel) and a Masters in Entrepreneurship from Babson College.

David Even Haim – President

David is the co-founder and the President of Profitect, leading its implementations activities and delivering customer successes. David merged mathematical education with his 25 years experience in risk management to develop unique risk targeting solutions.   During the last 15 years he led more than 50 successful profit amplification programs in the service of leading Retailers and CPG companies worldwide, delivering huge benefits and significantly improving the profitability of these respective customers.
Prior to founding Profitect, David Even-Haim served as CEO of ICTS Global, an international risk reduction and loss prevention consulting firm.  He joined the ICTS Group in 1989, as a senior consultant. During his career at ICTS he held the positions of R&D Director, COO and Managing Partner.

Omer Matityahu – COO

Omer is the co-founder and COO of Profitect, holding overall responsibility for solution delivery and customer success in Profitect. With more than 15 years experience in profit amplification and retail operations, holding various positions in ICTS Global, Omer led complex and successful profit amplification projects with retailers and manufacturers worldwide. Prior to founding Profitect, Omer held the position of CIO and COO at ICTS International.

John Benger – Vice President, Finance

John brings a broad range of financial and operational experience to Profitect. Previously John served as a senior finance executive with several companies and has also managed R&D, consulting, customer support and a variety of operating units with P&L responsibilities.

Colin McComb – Head of Global Sales and Strategy

Colin leads global sales and strategy at Profitect. Colin has an extensive background in value chain process, operations, and supporting technology enablers and has worked as a trusted advisor to numerous fortune 500 companies. Colin has direct retail experience from Coach Leather Goods, where he was a Director of Demand and Supply Planning. Prior to Profitect, Colin held a Sales Account Executive position with Oracle Corporation. He has 15 years’ experience within the software industry across all aspects of the business including consulting sales, consulting management, consulting, product management, development, pre-sales and sales.

Francis Clark – Vice President, Business Development

Francis Clark spent 35 years in the supermarket and convenience industries working with regional, national and international retail chains.  Francis was primarily in executive positions in Store Operations and Human Resources, Training & Development, and with A&P Supermarkets as VP Store Technology.
Following his Retail career, Mr. Clark engaged in the vendor community as VP Technology Development & Support with Kyrus, (IBM’s largest retail business partner at the time) and Trax Retail Solutions as VP Business Development & Key Account Relations prior to joining Profitect as VP of Business Development since 2008.

Sammy Kolt – Vice President, Applications

Sammy Kolt is an Application Technologist and Product Visionary.
Sammy has been named vice president of applications at Profitect. He leads the product management and product strategy teams and interfaces with all departments within Profitect with focus on Development, Sales and Marketing. In this role, Sammy drives the product roadmap by employing the latest software technology and product development best practices.

Previously, Sammy served as a Solution Manager at Oracle Corporation where he led a team of specialists responsible for all aspects of sales and strategy for supply chain planning applications. These included: pre and post-sales support; go to market strategy; and strategic customer relationship. Prior to this position, he filled R&D, product management and pre-sales roles with Demantra, which was acquired by Oracle. During that acquisition process Sammy played a key part in the smooth integration of the company within Oracle.

He holds a degree in computer science from the Interdisciplinary Center in Israel.

Omer Granot – VP, Research & Development

Omer is the Vice-President of R&D at Profitect, responsible for all product development where he will lead and energize multi-disciplinary teams and drive implementation of development programs with high quality. Omer has more than 12 years of R&D experience in the IT industry, working with products in various stages; from early, through growth, and into stability. He previously served as director manager of R&D group at Comverse Technology USA Inc.

Omer has studied toward a M.S. in Management and Engineering from MIT and holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science & Mathematics from the Ben-Gurion University.
