Profitect QuickInsight

Profitect enables retailers to engage with the software as part of QuickInsight, allowing you to experience:

    • The Profitect application
    • How it works in your environment
    • The value Profitect provides

This will be achieved by providing you with a live environment for your limited use during a defined period. This program is:

    • Easy to setup
    • Non-­‐resource intensive
    • Virtually IT independent

We provide a secure cloud based environment for leveraging your company’s data. The data in the environment will be based on a single data snapshot of readily and easily available data, and will be available for evaluation for a six-­week period.

To ensure success, a plan for the evaluation will need to be jointly developed, including a(n):

    • Initial hypothesis defining expectations
    • Coaching and support plan
    • Jointly attended presentation of the business case, expected benefits and analysis

What you will get

  • The Profitect application will enable you to experience the process of identifying and resolving opportunities for improvement
  • The application will automatically generate opportunities where anomalies in standard deviation have occurred
  • Each opportunity will be managed within Profitect throughout resolution life cycle
  • You will also create your own opportunities through targeted analytics provided within our software

The following components will be used to drive the process:

  • Insights: Profitect insights dashboard will enable the user to prioritize activities based upon multiple visual representations of pertinent data
  • Opportunities: The opportunities component will be used to manage and monitor automatically created opportunities, and opportunities that were manually created
  • Analytics: With the analytics component a further analysis can be done in the application. Pareto, Trend, Distribution and Contribution analysis can be performed to identify additional patterns and support those that were automatically created
  • Patterns: Several out of the box patterns will be provided to you that will be used to automatically create opportunities on identified patterns in the provided data
  • Best Practices: Throughout the evaluation period, users will be able to add and manage best practices that are used as recommendations on how to actualize opportunities and can be turned into tasks
