Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain scalable, reliable, consistent and repeatable systems.
  • Perform monthly Windows updates.
  • Expand, manage and maintain our IT secured office.
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Set up accounts for new users and existing users
  • Repair and replace equipment as necessary
  • Deploy software on users desktops

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in supporting both Windows and MAC desktops as well as a variety of mobile devices, printers etc.
  • Proficiency in installing and administering Windows server (and Linux preferred).
  • 1-2 years in an IT Support or related role.
  • IT Support experience and knowledge with:
    • Windows/Linux environment
    • Cloud technologies GCP/Azure/AWS
    • Office 365
    • DNS
    • DHCP
    • WSUS
    • Encryption
    • Monitoring tools
    • VPN
    • Active directory
    • Servers and network security
    • Office Network management
    • Backups
    • Automated procedures
    • VOIP phone system
    • SQL Server
    • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
