Guy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Industrial Management from Shenkar College of Israel and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College. He currently lives in Wellesley, Mass. with his wife, Maya, and their three daughters.

Her passion is helping retailers to improve their profitability through better execution, inventory management and margin protection. She holds a Bachelor’s in Finance from Boston University and an MBA in Marketing from Bentley University.

He most recently served as Director, Research and Development at SAS Institute and previously worked at Monster Worldwide, Phase Forward (acquired by Oracle), and Red Hat. Bob also spends time teaching graduate computer science courses at Boston University. He holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from UMass Lowell and a Master’s in Computer Science from Boston University.

Previously she served in various research and product development roles in two biotech start-ups. She also has a MSA degree from Bentley University and is a certified CPA.

Tania has held senior marketing leadership roles at PeopleFluent and TradeStone Software (now known as Bamboo Rose). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Boston University.
He oversees sales, business development, and operations for EMEA. Prior to Profitect, Yonatan was a senior executive at one of Israel’s largest retail companies. He brings extensive knowledge of commercial and general management, with strategic and hands-on experiences with market-leading iconic, lifestyle, and fashion brands. Yonatan has a proven track record in business development, brand-building, creating management structures and processes, and delivering financial results. He also has an MBA from Tel Aviv University and is a certified CPA.
He attained 15 years of experience in software-development and retail organizations before joining Profitect. In previous roles Erez was the Director of Architecture and Technical Delivery at Profitect, a program manager in the aerospace and defense industry, a senior project manager at NCR Retalix, and head of procurement for a leading retailer in Central America. He holds degrees in Business and Communication from Champlain College.

Following his retail career, Francis entered the vendor community as VP Technology Development & Support at Kyrus (IBM’s largest retail business partner at the time), and VP Business Development & Key Account Relations at Trax Retail Solutions. He holds degrees and certificates from Adrian College, Fairfield University, and Eastern Michigan University.
